Refunds

Unfortunately, tianoor store does not currently offer refunds. But, we accept returns on any items for store credit.

PLEASE NOTE: All pre-order, custom made & personalized items and sale items are not refundable or exchangeable and are not eligible for store credit.

Store Credit

You will have up to 21 days after items have been purchased to return for store credit only. Store credit never expires and you can use it to purchase in-stock items only, and cannot be used to purchase pre-order or custom made item. Returned items must unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, with its original tags in place and include all accessories/pieces as their original condition. If the returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will be returned back to the customer, and customer will cover return extra shipping costs.

How to Return

Submit Return

  1. Click on submit return above and follow the instructions on the screen.
  2. Once you submit your return request, we will notify you by email.
  3. Mail us your items that you wish to return.

     

    Unfortunately, we cannot credit any original shipping charges. We will deduct a flat fee of USD 10 from the return amount. You are welcome to use to your own shipping method as long as you send it to our mailing address below:

    We will send you an email when the returned items are received at our warehouse. Returns take 3-5 business days to be processed. Once return is processed, you will receive an email notification. Store credit will be issued through a code that will be applied to a future order. The amount will be deducted automatically from the total, during checkout.

    Exchanges

    Custom made Dresses: we are not able to accept exchange requests.

    Ready made Dresses: can be exchanged if requested size is available. Customer will handle any extra shipping fees. 

    Girls Shoes: Free exchange is available. Customer will handle any extra shipping fees. 

    Baby sets: Due to limited stock, exchange will not be offered. 

    Price Adjustments Policy

    Unfortunately, Tianoor store does not currently offer any price adjustments. Kindly contact us and request to provide any available discount codes offered by the store.
